    What to Consider and Expect to get the utmost out of a session

    The first step, select a hypnotist/hypnotherapist that you are comfortable with, this will help to ensure a good therapeutic fit.  

    You are ready for change. You’ve made the decision or at least there is a part of you that knows this is something that you want to do.

    You are motivated. Motivation is essential to how successful your sessions will be.

    Being open, at times can be difficult, important to building rapport, and beneficial to allow me to better help you.

    You can commit to attending sessions and if needed, open to homework outside of sessions.

    Emotions, if being in your emotions is too uncomfortable, and you basically don’t like feeling your feelings. It’s a part of the process, to be able to let them go and move forward.

    Able to listen and follow instructions.

    If not, be realistic, and take time to consider if this is the right time for you.
